UK Status Resident. Locally common. Montgomeryshire Status First recorded in 2012 at Middletown in the north-east of the county. Since then it has also been recorded from a few other scattered sites across the county. Wingspan : M & F, 27-30mm. Confusion species Clouded Drab, Common Quaker and Northern Drab. |

  Habitat Various damp places. Foodplant Aspen and poplars. Lifestage data Overwinters as a pupa, in an underground cocoon. Larva feeds at night, late April-early June. |
